Factory Alums Grab Player of the Week Honors
NCAA DIVISION I
Derek leads DI in HRs with 10, hitting .372 and is 6-6 in SB while making highlight reel defensive plays.
Co-SEC Player of the Week. Cayden hit grand slams in consecutive days – Sat and Sun, and had 3 HRs and 13 RBI in the 4-game sweep of UIC.
Big 12 Pitcher of the Week who had 15Ks, 0H, 0R and 0BB in 6 IP in win over Rice.
Pac 12 Pitcher of the Week – Adam threw 7 innings and had 13 Ks in a win over San Francisco. He is 2-0 on the season with a 2.16 ERA and a .141 avg against.
NCAA DIVISION II
5-1 on the mound with a 1.87 ERA and 45 Ks in 33.2 IP in leading the Crusaders to a 16-8 record.
NCAA DIVISION III
Commonwealth Coast Conference Player of the Week and slashing an impressive .471/.607/1.059 for the season.
Justin is 1-0 for the 5-0 Hawks in 2 starts with 8.1 IP, 2 H, 0R and 15 Ks.
NAIA
Livan tops all of NAIA with 16 HRs on the season, and leads the nation with 103 total bases as well. He is a major reason why Tennessee Wesleyan has a record of 27-1 this season.
NJCAA
The ultra-athletic Stoakes went 2-4 with 2R, 2RBI, 1 BB and 1 SB in a 12-10 in Gateway’s latest victory. That stolen base gave him 25 for the season (while only being caught once) good for 2nd in country for NJCAA D2.
Stoakes’ teammate, Dylan, leads the squad with 5 2Bs, 5 HRs and 23 RBI.
