The Baseball Factory National Spring Training at Pirate City concluded this past weekend in Bradenton, Florida, capping a very successful event, the fifth of its kind in a little more than 10 weeks.
On Sunday December 7, the Under Armour Baseball Factory National Tryout tour rolled through Northern Illinois with a stop at the McCook Athletic & Exposition Center (The MAX). At 125,000 square feet, the MAX incorporates 79,000 square feet of turf, making it an ideal venue for our winter visit to the Chicagoland area.
Clarke County youth, PJ Hinson, is not only pitching his way into high school stardom with his 86 mph fastball, but he’s pitching himself to colleges all across the country.
While most Clarke Countians are dealing with cold blustery winds, Hinson traveled to Vero Beach, Fla., where he participated in the Baseball Factory 2000 Camp.
